Grant Peterson – Director of Programming

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Grant spent his time in competitive sports. Attending Fort Lewis College, his love for sport and fitness continued as he studied Exercise Science and played rugby.

Graduating with a degree in Exercise Science, Grant started his personal training and strength & conditioning coaching career in 2005.  Today, with 9 exercise certifications, Grant is a master fitness programmer and has a specialty in working with people who have chronic injuries. He writes and implements fitness, rehabilitation, and nutrition programs for over 300 clients between the ages of 15-75 with different levels of fitness.

In 2008, Grant introduced CrossFit to the Gainey Village, an elite health club in Scottsdale, which met with so much revenue and success that the club recently added a $2 million facility to capitalize on his program’s popularity.

Grant is also oversees all of the programming Wodstar, a virtual gym that combines the best fitness programming on the Internet with the best video movement index.

Grant specializes in one-on-one, small, and large group training.   Involved in new member and customer relations.   Develop personalized programs for client goals.
